Situated in a modern 4,400sq ft unit we offer a large, open plan and fully equipped training area comprising of two full size matted competition areas and a professional boxing ring. An extensive range of punch/kicks bags and training aids are also supplied complimented by our in-house pro shop which sells a range of quality products at competitive prices.

As event hosts we also pride ourselves on our technology install which allows us to record live events and even playback on large screens.
