Welcome to the well renowned Bai Lang Kickboxing Academy. Over 15 years of experience in providing the highest quality Kickboxing and Martial Arts tuition to all walks of life in Telford.
Classes we offer
4-6's
A high energy, fast paced and super fun kid focused class, instilling confidence and discipline whilst teaching strong foundations of martial arts.
7-11's
A fantastic junior class, with a high standard of kickboxing taught at a pace suited for this keen age.
12-15's
A well structured slick and high paced class suitable for teenagers, setup to draw as much talent out as possible.
Ladies
An energetic, fun and vibrant ladies only kickboxing class. Great for fat burning, muscle toning and fitness.
Mix Adults
A hardworking but friendly and accommodating mixed ability class, focusing on both Kickboxing and K1 styles.
Sparring
Builds pupils confidence, whilst breeding some serious talent that has gone on to represent GB and win multiple titles from Area to World level.
