Cadets
A well-structured slick and high paced class suitable for teenagers, setup to draw as much talent out as possible. Building fitness, strength, flexibiltiy and technique, whilst instilling a hardworking positive mindset for life. Those aged between 12 and 15 are often pushed into kids or adults classes at other clubs, but we have set this class up to be suitable paced for them. Our classes run for 60min, with 3 classes a week to choose from
